With all due respect to a 7-8time WC, the single reason why Ferrari replaced Sainz with him is because of the huge potential marketing of joining the most glamorous team with ( maybe) the GOAT. Why did Juve buy Cr Ronaldo at the end of carreer? Or Ac Milan Beckham? Lewis will drive good for 2-3 years, win some races, maybe a title ( slim chances) and become Ferrari ambassador. He will fill the Maranello pockets eith lots of cash.06-09-2024 10:13

The only team on the grid that constantly screws up strategy more then Ferrari is Mclaren.3 huge mistakes today: - on the first stint Lando stayed to long - they didn t double stack Piastri with Lando and he lost 18 seconds staying for one more lap - they put softs at the end other mistakes: pit stopa weren t great.07-07-2024 21:02

Ricciardo is finished because of his results. not because of RB power struggles. When you drive for RB you always know that someone could threaten your seat from the academy. Ricci is so broke mentally that even an Alpine or Haas seat would be too much28-06-2024 22:42

I don’t think Ocon can really bring something that a rookie cannot to lesser teams like Haas, Williams, Sauber/Audi. No team likes to spend big cash on fixing cars destroyed by egocentric behavior. All drivers have big egos, but teammanagers tame those egos to force them to play team game. Something no one has ever achieved with Ocon. He simply goes in full blood war mode when a teammate is in front of him. Ask Alonso, Perez and now Gasly. I don’t think he will change. And the public statement he made after failing to apologize to the team and Gasly was also meant to point out how almost everybody abused him online. When F1 will let teams run only 1 car call Ocon and offer him a seat.03-06-2024 18:38

I m 100% sure Audi won t have a competitive car till at least 2029, so Sainz will throw away at least 5 years of his career without podiums. Audi are putting so much pressure because they know Sainz is stressed on finding a seat. But Audi has n hired yet all the engineers for the factory, it will be a new Haas.19-05-2024 20:30
